foc de-artificii -
clopotul din vechiul schit
tresare din nou

fireworks -
the bell of the old monastery 
twitches again

puntea dintre ani -
și sfinții din icoană gustă
din șampanie

New Year's Eve -
even the saints from the icon
taste the champagne

cuibărită-ntre bostani
sperietoarea

crouched among pumpkins

parcul din azil - 
umbra bradului plină 
de frunze uscate

the shade of the fir tree

zi friguroasă -
doi fluturi de varză pe-o
sfeclă roșie
